Family Journey

  1. 1.Family registration: Parent opens Family Registration, adds guardian profile, children details, allergies, and notes.
  2. 2.Account access: Parent signs in to Family Portal and can update family data any time.
  3. 3.QR ready: Each family has a reusable family code / QR for faster weekly arrivals.
  4. 4.Sunday check-in: Parent shows QR at desk, or provides code if camera scan is not possible.
  5. 5.Attendance confirmation: Staff selects attending children, then records check-in instantly.

Staff Journey

  1. 1.Preparation: Staff logs in, reviews families, and creates any missing family entries before service.
  2. 2.Desk operation: Check-In page opens with scanner-first mode to handle arrival lines quickly.
  3. 3.Fallback handling: Manual code entry remains available if a phone camera or QR scan fails.
  4. 4.Child selection: Staff confirms exactly which children are attending in that service.
  5. 5.Visibility: Dashboard and attendance lists show who is still checked in for safe pickup flow.
