Parent Side
- Register once: Add guardian details, children information, allergies, and important notes.
- Get family access: Sign in to Family Portal any time to view and maintain your household profile.
- Use your QR pass: Open your family QR and present it at arrival for quick check-in.
- Stay up to date: Parents can edit family and children details when information changes.
Volunteer Side
- Prepare before service: Review family records and add new families if needed.
- Run check-in desk: QR scanner starts first, with manual family code entry as fallback.
- Select children fast: Volunteers confirm which children are attending and submit in one flow.
